My Approach

I believe in creating an authentic space where students feel supported, not just physically but mentally. It's not about nailing that final pose; it's about what happens on the mat mentally and emotionally.

I create a studio space rooted in authentic Indian practices, where we engage all our senses with essential oils, traditional sound healing, and a serene atmosphere. My sequences are crafted from my experiences in India and the cherished practices I hold dear to my heart at home.
